Dr Tom Mole

Hi I’m Dr Tom, I’ll be here to guide you on your own Mindful Mountain Journey. I’m a medically trained doctor in Cambridge and have travelled widely to study meditation and research its benefits. I’ve trained in mindfulness in a rich variety of settings across India, Thailand, Brazil, Europe and at Yale University in the United States.
